Welcome to Serenity Wellness Team. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of serenitywellnessteam.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. The Site is owned and operated by Serenity Wellness Team, LLC (“Serenity Wellness Team,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase products from us.
1. Age Requirement
The products sold through this Site are intended for adults only.
By accessing the Site or purchasing products, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, or the minimum legal age required to purchase the applicable product in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
We reserve the right to require age or identity verification and to cancel or refuse any order if we are unable to verify eligibility.
It is your responsibility to keep all products purchased from Serenity Wellness Team out of the reach of children and minors.
2. Hemp, THC & Cannabinoid Products
Serenity Wellness Team sells products that may contain hemp-derived cannabinoids, including but not limited to Delta-8 THC, Delta-9 THC, THCA, THCP, CBD, and other cannabinoid ingredients.
Laws and regulations governing hemp, THC, and cannabinoid products vary significantly between federal, state, and local jurisdictions and may change without notice.
Products available through the Site are offered only where Serenity Wellness Team believes their sale and shipment are permitted. We reserve the right to restrict or discontinue sales or shipping to any state, territory, locality, or customer at any time.

4. Responsible Product Use
Products purchased from Serenity Wellness Team must be used only as directed on their packaging.

Do not drive, operate machinery, or participate in activities requiring full attention or coordination after consuming an intoxicating or potentially intoxicating product.
Keep all products securely stored and away from children and pets.
Do not use these products if you are pregnant or nursing. Individuals with medical conditions, individuals taking prescription medications, or individuals who have concerns regarding cannabinoid use should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using these products.
You assume responsibility for your decision to purchase and use any product sold through the Site.
5. Drug Testing
Certain products sold by Serenity Wellness Team may contain THC or other cannabinoids that could result in a positive drug test.
Serenity Wellness Team makes no representation or guarantee that use of any product will not result in a positive drug screening.

7. Product Information & Lab Testing

However, products may be manufactured by third-party brands, and formulations, packaging, ingredients, appearance, potency, or specifications may occasionally change.
Where available, Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”) and laboratory testing information may be provided for informational purposes. Laboratory results may vary between batches.
We do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, laboratory information, or other Site content will always be completely error-free or current.
8. Orders & Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity;
Pricing or product listing errors;

Shipping restrictions;

Quantity limitations; or

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information when placing an order.

10. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Our current refund and return period is 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges are generally limited to products that arrive damaged or defective.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed by Serenity Wellness Team. Original and return shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

11. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order information and, when requested, photographs of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, refund, or another remedy as appropriate.
12. Third-Party Products & Brands
Serenity Wellness Team may sell products manufactured by independent third-party companies.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, trademarks, product names, logos, copyrights, and other intellectual property associated with third-party brands belong to their respective owners.
The sale of a third-party product does not necessarily imply that the manufacturer sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with Serenity Wellness Team beyond an applicable supplier or retailer relationship.

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content, design, graphics, logos, text, photographs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Serenity Wellness Team and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
